PRICES: List prices shown are suggested retail prices.  R. Murphy customers purchasing for resale will be granted standard wholesale discounts upon application requirements.
TERMS: Commercial accounts - 1% 10 Days, net 30 Days, A Charge of 1-1/2% per month (18% Annual Rate) will be applied for each month of delinquency. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
WARRANTY: We do not have a life-time warranty on these products.  Our warranty for replacement is guaranteed if there is a manufacturer’s defect, and not necessarily wear and tear overtime. Upon phone or written request we will issue an authorized return. If upon examination by R. Murphy Knives, if the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any action of the purchaser and is void if the unit shows evidence of misuse like improper care, cleaning, and rust damage due to extended exposure to water. CAUTION: R. Murphy Co., Inc. knives are of high quality and extremely sharp.   Exercise caution and care in the handling and use of all our products.
HOURS: R. Murphy Co., Inc. is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
SHIPPING: Orders received Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) typically ship in two-business days for in-stock products. Low and out-of-stock products will not necessarily be noted on the website. If you require expedited shipping, please call 508-765-6593 to verify if your product is in stock.  Note: Shipping carriers have been experiencing delays resulting in a 5-15 day delivery window.
FREIGHT: Commercial accounts - All shipments are F.O.B. Sturbridge for any single order
RETURNS: No returns without authorization from the factory.  Returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
PARTIAL SHIPMENTS: We reserve the right to ship partial quantities unless order indicates to the contrary.
ROUTING: If no carrier is specified, we will ship via USPS.
SPECIAL QUOTATIONS: A standard merchandise altered by the request of the customer will be processed as a "Special Order."  Requests for quotations are available with an extra cost for customizations.
