This set includes:
Crabmeat Knife: Cast and hardened from a solid piece of stainless steel. The handle is weighted to crack the shells and the pointed blade is sharpened to pick out meat.
Little Neck Clam Knife: A favorite of many clammers, the stainless steel blade has a sharpened edge for opening and rounded tip to fit gently against the thumb.
New England Shucker (Choose: Wellfleet, Damariscotta, or Narragansett): Designed to meet the high standards of professional shuckers, these knives make simple work for occasional shuckers as well. The blade is pointed, requiring little force to ease into the hinge and twist the shells open.

A light coating of mineral oil twice yearly protects both the blade and the handle.
