The newly designed Murphy Edge (Patent Pending), is actually a notched, straight edge; so you can sharpen it with a whetstone! The blade is 10 inches long so even a large boule is no match for it. We've used beautiful bubinga wood for the handle, which is offset to keep your hands off the cutting board.
