Designed with the oystermen at Island Creek Oysters in Duxbury, Mass, this tough little shucker has become our top seller to oyster farms – all along the Atlantic Seaboard, the Gulf of Mexico and the Pacific Northwest – even in Alaska! 

Stainless steel blade with tough pointy tip requires little force to ease into the hinge of the oyster.  The knife is made with commercial grade stainless steel fitted with equally tough, ergonomically shaped “Murphy Green” RECYCLED PLASTIC handle.  The Duxbury knife is perfect for small oysters, speed shucking, and commercial use. Quick and easy does the trick with our Duxbury shucker!

Handle is made from 100% recycled plastic called ECOgrip® which offers the same benefits with ease of cleaning and durability, for a more environmentally friendly product for professional shuckers, restaurants, and home use.
