ALL INVOICES WILL BE PRICED AS OF DATE OF SHIPMENT| PRICES: | List prices shown are suggested retail prices. Customers purchasing for resale will be granted standard industrial discounts. | | TERMS: | Commercial accounts - 1% 10 Days, net 30 Days, A Charge of 1-1/2% per month (18% Annual Rate) will be applied for each month of delinquency. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal accepted. | | CAUTION: | R. Murphy Co., Inc. knives are of high quality and extremely sharp. Exercise caution and care in the handling and use of all our products. | | HOURS: | R. Murphy Co., Inc. is open from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). | | SHIPPING: | Orders received before 12:00 PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) typically ship the same day for in-stock products. Orders received after 12:00 PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship the next business day for in-stock products. | | FREIGHT: | Commercial accounts - All shipments are F.O.B. Ayer for any single order less than $1100 net value. Any single order valued at $1100 net or more will be shipped within the continental United States prepaid or freight allowed. | | RETURNS: | No returns without authorization from factory. Returns subject to 15% restocking charge. | | PARTIAL SHIPMENTS: | We reserve right to ship partial quantities unless order indicates to contrary. | | ROUTING: | If no carrier is specified, we will ship via UPS. | | SPECIAL QUOTATIONS: | A. Standard merchandise altered by request of customer will be processed as "Special Orders." Request quotation for price and delivery. Special packaging available at extra cost . | | | B.
