Adjustable Knife Handles & Adjustable Knife Blades

Adjustable handles are made from solid brass castings, and rosewood inserts. Carefully assembled by hand, each is individually sanded, polished and buffed to a high luster. They are designed for perfect cutting control.

Chrome vanadium steel adjustable blades are ground, polished and honed to a fine edge and are held in place by a slotted set screw.

Blade and handle combine to produce a tool that is the ultimate in its class for its sturdy durability and attractive appearance.
